Better Business Foundry is a specialist firm that helps small and medium businesses run on industrial-grade systems instead of constant heroics. We adapt the disciplines used in complex, high-stakes operations into simple, practical tools and rhythms that owners and teams can actually use.
The name is deliberate. In a foundry, raw material is melted, refined, and forged into something solid and enduring. We do the same for your business, taking the messy energy of day-to-day operations and casting it into clear structure, logic, and operating cadence so the business becomes stronger, more predictable, and less dependent on any one person.
Our Story
Better Business Foundry was established by Ben Jaggard, an engineer and entrepreneur. Ben held senior operational, technical, and leadership roles within major global mining companies. He spent his career on the frontline, not just designing systems, but running them. He learned firsthand that in high-stakes environments, relying on luck or individual heroics is a strategy for failure. Success must be engineered.
He then founded Intifica, a niche consultancy in the mining sector, and deliberately built it with systems first rather than hustle. Intifica grew quickly and consistently, proving that industrial-grade operating disciplines work just as well for smaller enterprises.
